HF, the diet I&#039;m doing is one where you eat five or six small meals a day, so it seems that every time I get hungry, it&#039;s time to eat again.  lol.  

woundeddeer, I actually have been wanting to learn yoga for awhile now.  Getting on the floor (and then getting back up again) is difficult these last few years, but I am hoping that once I lose the first 30 or so pounds, it will be easier.  Walking is also great exercise, and I&#039;ll be blogging soon on what else I plan to start doing soon, exercise-wise (hint: it involves dancing).</description>

If I can suggest daily walks and yoga, I think that would help a lot, I know the yoga made a big difference in my body.</description>
